Rehab follows clear criteria, not gut feeling. Every phase is tied to objective thresholds — from initial loading back to a return to sport or daily life.

Standardised tests (Return-to-Activity, RTS) guide the process. I only progress when the numbers are met. That minimises the risk of a setback.

I work closely with your physician and physiotherapist. Key milestones are documented and accessible to everyone involved.
